Two days after the retirement of Justice J. Chelameswar, the Supreme Court on Sunday told another program for the assignment of cases to judges, which will become effective from July 2 when the best court revives after summer get-away.

Like the past program informed on February 1, the new list says that the Bench headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra will hear all open intrigue case petitions, other than requests on social equity, decisions, habeas corpus and hatred of court.
Equity Ranjan Gogoi, the seniormost judge after the Chief Justice, will manage work laws, roundabout duties, individual law and friends law cases.
The program was placed in people in general space without precedent for February after Justices Chelameswar, Gogoi, M.B. Lokur and Kurian Joseph held an extraordinary press meet in January scrutinizing the distribution of touchy PIL petitions and critical cases to judges junior to them. The warning records the issues that will be heard by Benches headed by the CJI and 10 different judges — Gogoi, Lokur, Joseph, A.K. Sikri, S.A. Bobde, N.V. Ramana, Arun Mishra, A.K. Goel, R.F. Nariman and A.M. Sapre.
